Returns

Buyer is responsible for contacting krissyleellc@gmail.com to initiate return process.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you will need to contact us @krissyleellc@gmail.com to initiate the return of your merchandise within 7 days of delivery.
  • After within 7 days from the point of delivery, no returns/exchanges will be accepted.
  • restocking fee of 10% will be applied and the difference will be provided on a store credit ONLY
  • Merchandise MUST be returned in pristine condition, along with all original packaging, all boxes or bags, and all tags, if present. Items that do not meet the criteria will be denied and returned to sender. 
  • Our customer care team will process your return promptly and will send an email once the package has been received and processed.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance / Sales items, and Gift card purchases are nonreturnable.

Buyer is responsible for shipping cost of return(s).

Damaged Merchandise:

If your merchandise arrives damaged you must contact us within 3 days of the delivery of your product with pictures that clearly show the damage to the merchandise or the incorrect item received.

Order Change & Cancellation Request. Once your order is placed you will be unable to make changes. Any cancelation requests will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Requests can be emailed to: krissyleellc@gmail.com.

Order Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation page and confirmation email. (Restrictions Apply: Pre-Sale Items)

Pre-Orders

Our Pre-Order process allows customers to order items that are not currently in stock. This allows exclusive access to Krissy Lee’s new arrivals. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed.  *Please note dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. *
